Behavioral issues

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This handsome boy will be 3 in March. He is great with farm animals (chickens, sheep & cows) and stays around livestock by himself with no issues. He does well with our other dog but does resource guard food and treats. He was raised with children and has never been aggressive towards our kids. We would like him to be adopted into a no-children home due to his barrier reactive behavior though. When he is in his pen or secured by a leash or tether, he lunges at strangers that approach and has nipped a few. When he is out of his pen, he is friendly to the same people that he just lunged at. We have him trained to stay near the house but does sometimes roam off on our farm where we often take him and returns later. He is crate and house trained (does tend to mark new places) but has displayed the same behavior in his crate when strangers enter. He completed 2 week training with Off-Leash K9. He is a great dog on the farm but we have too many visitors to keep him with barrier issues.
