My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Queenie: A Gentle Silver Lady Looking for Her Castle

At 8 years young, Queenie has mastered the art of being a calm, loving companion. With her stunning gray coat and soulful eyes, she is a beauty, but it’s her sweet spirit that makes her truly special.

Queenie is a bit of a shy girl when she first meets new people. She isn`t the type to demand attention loudly; instead, she waits patiently for you to show her that she is safe. Once she trusts you, she reveals a heart full of love.

Don`t let her shyness fool you, she is great with other animals! She previously lived with another male cat her age and two small dogs. She would likely do well in a home with other gentle pets to keep her company.

At 8 years old, she is past the curtain-climbing phase and is ready for the `napping in sunbeams` phase of life.

If you have a quiet spot on your couch and a little patience to let a shy girl bloom, Queenie would love to meet you.

Our team is happy to guide slow introductions to resident pets or younger family members to help ensure a smooth transition.

Queenie is spayed and has received core vaccinations (feline distemper, rabies), flea preventative, has been dewormed, and is microchipped.

If you have any questions about Queenie, feel free to reach out at (920) 733-1717 or adopt@foxvalleypets.org, or stop by during our open hours to take a look around!
