We adopted Harvey from a rescue shelter when he was just a puppy, and he is now 14 months old. Because of his unique coloring and distinctive face, we named him after Harvey Dent.
Harvey is a high-energy dog who also loves to snuggle. He enjoys playing fetch and already knows basic commands. He is highly food-motivated, which makes him eager to learn and a great candidate for continued training.
We also have an older dog, and while they do get along, Harvey’s play style is much more physical than she enjoys. His playful nipping tends to overwhelm her and she has seemed more withdrawn since he joined our home.
We believe Harvey would thrive in a more active environment where he can get the level of physical exercise and stimulation he needs. Although he receives daily walks, he rarely seems tired and would likely benefit from a home that can offer more vigorous exercise. He is truly a sweet boy and loves attention from people.
