My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We adopted Harvey through a rescue shelter. He is 1 year old and 1 month old. We gave him the name Harvey in homage to Harvey Dent. Since his coloring gives him a distinct face. Harvey is high energy dog but also loves to snuggle. He can fetch and knows commands like sit and down. He is HIGHLY food motivated and would benefit from more training. Harvey is kennel trained. He is a really sweet boy and loves to be with people.

We have an older dog and both dogs DO get along. However, Harvey's play is more physical than our older dog can tolerate. His play biting is annoying to her, and she's seemed depressed since we brought Harvey into our home. I suspect Harvey needs more physical exercise. Something we can't provide him. He does gets daily walks but never tires.

Harvey may need his anal glands expressed more often than other dogs. This can also be managed with a high fiber diet.

Please help us find Harvey a more appropriate home.
