What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Meet Louie, an active 8 month old purebred Dalmatian who checks all the classic breed boxes: athletic, playful, smart, and loyal. Louie is fully potty trained, crate trained, up to date on vaccinations, and a graduate of 10 professional training sessions. He knows sit, lay down, paw, come, and stay (treats unlock instant genius mode).
He’s still polishing his leash manners, but he’ll impress you with his backyard fetch speed and his sneaky snack-snatching talents. Louie is happiest right by your side, and his charm and dashing good looks tend to turn heads wherever he goes!
Louie thrives on action and engagement, so if you’re looking for a couch potato, he’s not your guy. He’s mouthy in a playful puppy way and has a naturally high prey drive, so he’d do best in a home without cats or small children who aren’t yet able to respect a dog’s personal space. Our little one’s enthusiastic hugs and tackles are a bit much, helping us realize Louie needs a better-matched, long-term family.
