My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ruddiger is an adult male grey cat with faint tabby markings who came into our care alongside his brother on January 17th. The two were found in the home of their deceased owner, who was still inside at the time, and it is suspected they had been alone since approximately January 2nd, surviving by tearing open a bag of cat food. Although Ruddiger arrived in better physical condition than his brother, he appears to be more emotionally stressed by the experience. He is understandably unsettled and will need time, patience, and a calm environment to begin feeling safe again. Ruddiger deserves a compassionate home that will allow him to decompress at his own pace and rediscover stability after significant loss.
