My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Nellie 💜🐾

Nellie is a sweet old lady who will talk your ear right off—she’s got stories to tell and opinions to share. She loves being loved and soaking up attention, but she also really loves her beauty sleep (and her nap schedule is non-negotiable).

If you’re looking for a vocal, affectionate companion who knows how to balance cuddles with quality nap time, Nellie is your girl.

Their adoption process

1.

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

We like to meet prospective adopters and be with them when they meet a potential new pet.

2.

Meet the Pet

Meet and greets are strongly encouraged if there are other dog(s) and/or cat(s) or children in the home

3.

Sign Adoption Contract

Renter's are required to provide letter from landlord approving a pet or additional pet

4.

Pay Fee

Our fees are low and do not cover much of the expenses we put into the animal prior to its becoming available for adoption.

5.

Take the Pet Home

We ask new owners to not return an animal before 9 days so its entry time can restart.

6.

Take the Pet Home

We remind the new family that it may take up to 3 months for a dog to decompress, learn the the family's routine, and feel at home.

Additional adoption info

We have the right and responsibility to the animal and the prospective new owner to refuse an adoption.

Go meet their pets
