If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We rescued a male orange flame point smoke about 1-year-old. We got all the treatment to get him fixed and de-flead de-wormed, tested etc.
He is talkative and interactive likes to play and look out of the window. He has not yet let us pet him and is hesitant about letting us touch him.
he is aggressive with our male cat. But our cat does not hiss or fight back. He growls and runs. Our two females hiss at him and then he leaves them alone.
He will not yet let humans pet him. He has been around the house interacting for 2 weeks. Prior to that we had him in a bathroom for about a week and a half. We are acclimating him with food rewards and get closer to touching him each day. He rubs on us, clearly wanting interaction and attention. He's just not sure yet. (1/26/26)
