Super affectionate, this 12 plus pound cat enjoys a modest breakfast followed by 1 1/2 cans of wet food for dinner. His ear was tipped by someone who neutered him, but who forgot to notice he was never feral. Abandoned, one neighbor thought Toby had been around the neighborhood for years.
