Edgar II is an owner surrender looking for a new home.
Hi! My name is Edgar II ! I am a handsome 1 year old white boxer boy that is an owner surrender due to housing issues with the HOA and I must find a forever home. I was injured as a puppy and one of my ear canals does not open and needs regular cleaning/ prone to infections but don't let that shy you away because I am described as friendly, active, smart, playful, affectionate, and obedient! I do not live with other dogs but am said to attend doggy daycare often and get along with other dogs there. I currently live with a cat and am said to not like it and will chase it so a cat free home may be best. I currently live with two kids (ages 10 and 13 years) and am fine with them. I do have some resource guarding when the youngest is in the kitchen, so proper boundaries should be placed and respected. I am house trained, crate trained, and at night I sleep in my kennel. If the humans must be away, it is important to kennel me or I will get into things I shouldn't. When outside I am curious what is under the grass and will dig to find out. I am also capable of jumping kiddie gates/fences so proper supervision is needed. I am fearful of the robot vacuum but love riding in the car, tennis balls, going on walks, playing fetch, snuggle on the couch and wearing dog clothes/compression jammies!
