My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Luna:

Looking for a bunny with personality, charm, and a whole lot of love to give? Meet Luna, a beautiful black and white Holland Lop with the softest fur and the sweetest soul. At 5 years old, she’s the perfect mix of playful and cuddly.

She loves giving kisses and isn’t shy about begging for treats (her begging face is dangerously cute). Head pets? Yes, please! She adores gentle strokes on her head and absolutely melts when you pull her ears back—her version of bunny bliss.

Luna gets super excited when she hears the rustle of fresh greens—she’ll even do a little happy hop! Her favorite toy? Her tunnel! She zooms through it with joy and often lounges inside like a queen surveying her kingdom.

Friendly and social, she’s looking for a loving home where she can be spoiled with attention, snacks, and cozy spaces.

Toast:

Say hello to Toast, a 5-year-old orange rabbit with a huge personality and a heart full of mischief. Toast isn’t just a bunny—he’s a whole experience.

This charismatic guy loves to sneak up for a quick boop when you’re sitting on the couch… and then bolt away with a binky, just to show off. He’ll keep you laughing with his goofy antics and playful spirit. Toast is a true entertainer, and life with him is never boring!

When he’s not being the clown of the house, Toast enjoys lounging with his sisters like the royalty he is—because make no mistake, he’s the man of the house and he knows it. One of his favorite hangout spots is the middle level of his cat tree, where he’ll happily soak up pets like the king he is.

He loves fresh fruit (in moderation, of course!) and will come hopping over if he hears the fridge open. Friendly, social, and endlessly curious, Toast is ready to bring joy, laughs, and some well-timed boops into your life.

Jenny:

Meet Jenny, a small 3 year old, speedy sweetheart with a gentle soul. She may be a bit shy at first, but once she learns to trust you, she truly blossoms and will happily settle in for some quiet petting time.

Jenny is very close with her brother and sister, often following them around like a little sister seeking advice and confidence. Their bond gives her courage, and she'd love a home where she can stay close to them or have another gentle bunny friend to help her feel secure.

Her favorite spot? Her cozy hidey home, of course! She loves to curl up there or find new quiet corners to relax and observe the world. When she’s feeling playful, she zooms through her tunnel and enjoys nibbling on willow sticks or trying new treats (especially if her siblings approve first!).

Jenny is looking for a calm, patient home where she can come out of her shell at her own pace—and once she does, you’ll see what a sweet, thoughtful little bunny she truly is.

If you are interested in adopting Toast, Luna, and Jenny, please inquire here or contact us at info@bunnyworldfoundation.org and we'll happily send you the adoption package.

Go meet their pets

BWF holds regular weekly weekend adoptions where volunteers, fosters and future parents have an opportunity to meet & greet. Since ALL our bunnies are safe in loving foster homes, we cannot bring all of them each and every time, BUT if you call, fill out application, schedule an apt., we will arrange for you to meet the bunnies!

Thank you!

More about this rescue

🎈BWF MADE THE CUT and earned the "little" badge as TOP-RATED NON-PROFIT!

🎂 BWF is proud to celebrate the 16-year voyage, which began with the fierce struggle to bring to light illegal animal sales in the LA Fashion District (2008-2013). BWF rescued close to 20,000 rabbits in the City of LA, ranging from un-weaned baby bunnies from Santee Alley to adult bunnies from the over-inundated city and county shelters. In the past year alone, BWF took in over 1500 rabbits, including "Red," "Blue," and "Orange" alert rabbits from the six LA city shelters, and Southeast Area Animal Control Authority (SEAACA). BWF has also partnered with Pasadena Humane Society, Ramona Humane Society, Inland Valley Humane Society, Animal Services Center - City of Mission Viejo Animal Control, Orange County Animal Care, San Diego County, and many more. In 2023, BWF housed, provided medical care, promoted, found permanent and loving homes for more than 1500 spayed and neutered rabbits, and staged 60 adoption events and workshops.

💗 BWF is an ALL-Volunteer, nonprofit 501(c)3 animal welfare organization founded in 2008 in Los Angeles, California. Set up to promote (Shelter) Equity and Equality for Rabbits, BWF's mission is to combat animal cruelty, illegal animal sales, exploitation, and neglect of all animals through rescue efforts, public education, investigations, legislation, events, and media attention. In addition, BWF works to reduce rabbit overpopulation and establish rabbits as companion animals that deserve the same individual rights, level of care, and opportunity for longevity as cats and dogs that live as human companions. BWF manages a complex Foster & Adoption Program that requires constant strengthening and expansion to accommodate new rescues and provide intensive care, medication, supplies, and Spay/Neuter funds. BWF has 150 volunteers/fosters and rescues approximately 1,000-1500 abandoned and abused domestic rabbits annually.

📡 Regarding global social media outreach, BWF grew to be one of the world's largest rabbit rescues & leading education sources. With 400,000+ SM followers, BWF posts are shared by millions of bunny lovers worldwide.
