Jaspar is an 8 yr old mix breed dog with personality. He was found as a stray in NYC and landed at a kill shelter. He is great with people and gets along with other easy going dogs. Jaspar is playful and energetic. He needs to live in a house because he has some anxiety and does bark when left alone. He’s is housebroken and very social. We are a foster based group for senior and special needs. Our goal is that pets will never live in a cage but in a home. We will find a safe and loving home for the pets in our care but if that never happens, they will stay will us forever.
