Reef is a sweet, playful, and affectionate cat who has been loved since kittenhood. He is fun, curious, very chatty, and enjoys playtime and companionship on his own terms. He is independent, well-mannered, and does not scratch furniture.
Over the past two years, our household has gone through major changes, including the arrival of a baby. Unfortunately, this added stress has made it difficult for Reef to feel secure in a multi-cat environment. After extensive time and effort, it’s clear he would thrive best in a calm, predictable home as an only pet.
Reef has never shown aggression toward people beyond normal cat boundaries (such as hissing when uncomfortable). He may take time to adjust in a new environment, so we are looking for a patient, experienced cat owner in a quiet, adult-only home who understands that cats need time to settle.
This decision was made with a lot of love. Reef deserves a peaceful, forever home where he can truly relax and be himself.
