Meet Sampson! This Sweet boy is from Puerto Rico, he lived a pretty rough life before he was rescued. He was found abandoned in 2024 by our friends at Wags 2 Riches, he was skin and bones when they took him in. We believe he suffered from some sort of head injury, from a hammer or some other type of tool. Even though life has been tough for him, he is loving and forgiving of people - looking for kindness and finding it in our friends in Puerto Rico, and his loving foster family. He’s very smart, learns quickly - he loves to play and is great with other dogs, and cats. He is potty trained and holds it overnight, he does tend to mark occasionally - possibly from all the other dog smells at CAAA. Now in our care, he`s looking for his new future - a home that`s warm, filled with kindness and love. Sampson will bring lots of laughter and love to your family with his silly personality.
