Miss Isabel has told us she’s officially ready for her forever home, so who are we to deny her? This quirky little lady is an 8 year old Pug mix weighing in at 24lbs (but she’s on a diet!). We’re not quite sure what she’s mixed with, but we’re leaning towards a Japanese Chin 🤔 Or maybe she’s a Puggle! While we’re not sure, we do know that she’s a complete sweetheart who captures the hearts of everyone who meets her. Despite that, she has a tendency to latch onto one person and become their little sidekick. She’d love nothing more than to lounge on the couch with you for a cozy night in, binging Gilmore Girls and getting some belly scratches.

Interview
We select our top application and call to discuss the dog, their previous/current pets, and current lifestyle to ensure they're a good match

Approve Application
We approve the application by completing a vet check on the applicants previous pets (within the last 5 years).

Meet the Pet
Once we have completed the vet check, we set up a Meet & Greet

Anyone who applies to adopt must fill out an application. We will then review the application to determine if the applicant is a good fit. The next step would be a vet check to review the vaccine and medical history on any current dogs or ones that have passed. If that goes well we then schedule a meet and greet. An adoption contract follows that. Along with follow up phone calls after an adoption.

We are a foster based rescue group of volunteers dedicated to helping the homeless animal population. We rescue, rehabilitate, & rehome dogs from shelters in our local counties. Our focus is primarily senior dogs and/or dogs with medical or behavioral issues.
