EXTREMELY SWEET, VERY GENTLE BEAUTY IS FAIRLY TOLERANT BUT WILL BE AT HER BEST IN A MOSTLY CALM HOME WITH PEOPLE WHO LOVE HER COMPANY AND ENJOY WARM SNUGGLES. LOVES COZY PLACES TO LAY. ENJOYS BEING CUDDLE BUDDIES WITH OTHER CATS. BEAUTIFUL WHEN BRUSHED! You might think I`m timid because my favorite places to be are enclosed or covered beds and huts. I like having several of those places and often move from one to the other. Reach out to pet me and you`ll that I am very friendly and welcome you to come pet me. I`ll come right out so we can be instant best friends! I`m not overzealous, or pushy to get your attention, but if you call me out and want to pet me, I will be happy to be there! I don`t mind being picked up to move, but I am a little fidgety if you hold me. We`ll have to get to know each other a little better and practice so I`ll be comfortable with that. I love laying next to you and sometimes being in your lap though! Once we`re friends, you`ll even get an occasional nose boop! I`m very quiet and don`t seem to play with toys much, but I do like playing with wand toys with you. I love getting treats too! I`ll be especially soft and beautiful if you brush me at least every few days when we`re hanging out. I come from a home with several cats, and I`m a very sweet and nurturing motherly type cat friend. Having me around is almost as good as therapy! I have such a calm and loving personality and the brightest happy look on my face when I see you!

The Colony Animal Services strives to protect andTCAS LOGO-UPDATED nurture The City of The Colony’s lost, homeless, abused, injured, and sick pets. We seek to provide animals the opportunity to be reclaimed, adopted, rehabilitated, or rescued. It is the mission for the Animal Service Officers and volunteers to pursue a positive synergy and to serve the citizens and pets of The Colony.
Animal Services is committed to saving each and every animal that comes into our care. Over the last few years, we have improved our live release rate to 97%. We hold our standards high at keeping this percentage, and in doing so, we ask our rescue partners and citizens to help us pursue finding our animals forever homes.
Every year, we get over a hundred injured and sick animals that need our help. In order for us to help them, we use our donated medical fund to give them the proper care and treatment they need. The only way for us to provide this needed medical care is through our generous financial donors. Every penny donated is sent to our medical fund. Please help us continue this much needed medical care for our animals by donating. Even if you cannot donate, it is a huge help to share posts on social media.
