My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This pretty girl is Narnia! She is a one-year-old husky/shepherd mix that is looking for a home! Narnia was found out in the county when she wandered up to a farm. Well the other dogs that lived there were not too happy about her coming on their property! The homeowner decided for Narnia’s safety she would put her in the car and bring her to the shelter immediately. She was never claimed by her family and is ready for adoption. Narnia has all of her vaccinations, she is heartworm negative, she has a microchip, and she has been spayed. This happy girl is so ready to find a family to love! Please come out and meet her! You won’t be able to leave without her!

Additional adoption info

The placement of our adoptable animals into loving, caring homes and thereby enhancing the bond between animals and people is the primary goal of the Montgomery Humane Society Adoption Program. We focus on education so that every pet owner benefits from their contact with the shelter, whether or not they adopt an animal from us. Matching the needs of the animal and the potential owner, as well as educating potential owners about responsible pet ownership, helps to ensure successful pet placements of shelter animals.
