Hi there, I'm Firuna, a short haired Calico girl (with a little tabby mixed in) showing beautiful markings! I was born approximately 1/08/2024, and I'm just beginning to experience what a real life feels like, one with freedom, love, and soft places to land. I came from a hoarding situation, where I lived my whole life in a cage. Angels with Paws stepped in to rescue me and six other kitties, and then Wild Blue Cats opened their arms to help us find the safe, forever homes we deserve. Even though we came from the same place, we never met the other kitties before arriving here, so everything feels new to me; space, toys, kind hands, and the idea of family. Because of my past, I'm still shy at first, but I'm a gentle soul, looking for someone to share my quiet love with. Once I feel safe and I know I can trust you, my loving personality really shines. I love lap time, and I'll even roll over for belly rubs! I know, not many cats do that, but when I truly feel loved, I just melt into it. I'm all about affection once I've had a chance to settle in. I'm also very playful when I feel comfortable! I can't resist a good wand toy, a laser pointer, or the catnip fish! Playtime is one the ways I build trust and confidence, and it brings out my joyful side. I think I'd do well in a family with respectful kids, or another feline friend as long as you follow Wild Blue's step-by-step introduction procedures. I'm looking for a quiet, patient home with someone who will give me the time and space I need to come out of my shell. In return, I'll give you purrs, cuddles, and all the gentle love I've been saving up. Every day I grow a little braver, and what I need now is someone to help me keep blooming. Is that with you?
