Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet sweet Anna! This 6 month old terrier mix is around 18 pounds and will remain medium size. She came to us malnourished and skinny and has loved trying all the new foods.

She needs an active home to burn off her little terrier girl energy and some more training to learn how to be a member of the family.

She is so loving and just wants attention.

Submit Application

Please include important reference phone numbers for quicker processing. Make sure your current pets, if any, are up to date on vaccines.

2.
Interview

We will call you and your references from your application.

3.
Home Check

We will check our your home and you will meet the pet. The pet will also meet other family members (human and animal) at this time.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

If everything is “a go”, you will then fill out contract, pay adoption fee and welcome your new family member home!

Additional adoption info

We are only able to adopt to families who reside in Indiana at this time. We have approved volunteers in this state only, who are able to support our adoption process and travel within 100 miles of Indianapolis.

A completed application is required to initiate the adoption process. Remember to complete the entire application; leaving blanks will only delay the process. If you rent, please include landlords name and phone number. Also, please include your vets phone number, not just their name. The application is free to submit!
