Annie, Pyrenees/Australian, 2 yrs. Annie She is a very sweet dog, but she will need to go to a home with someone who has experience with these types of breeds. This is a guardian dog and a working breed. She can walk on a leash, and I can take her food from her while she’s eating with no problems. Her world is a bit upside down right now but despite all that, she is just a goofy ball of love that is looking for her forever home. Her owner has been dealing with a cancer diagnosis and unfortunately her treatments did not go as hoped and I have been given the go ahead to find this beautiful girl a new home. She was raised with a St. Bernard and gets along fine with a Siberian husky. She also lives with a cat, and she mostly ignores it, but I don’t think she would be a great fit for a home with just a cat and no other dogs. Adoption application will be filled out over the phone, and Homeward Bound Rescue currently asks $150.00 for adoptions which includes
spay or neuter for all pets, current vaccinations and rabies according to age, medical care/check up if needed, medical history of the animal
Homeward Bound Rescue will not adopt an animal into a home for purposes of breeding, performing, entertainment, experimentation, fighting, reselling, or personal gain. We find loving homes for pets that will become part of the family. We reserve the right to deny any adoption application at our discretion.
