Diesel and his step brother came to "temporarily stay" with me during covid. Obviously, I ended up having a long-term babies I did not have the time for and don't have the heart to send to them to the pound. Diesel has a very loving & happy demeanor. He understands wait, sit, stay and fetch. (He LOVES fetch!) He is house trained but not leash trained. He understands waiting for treats and does not eat out of other dog's food bowls. He has grown up around 2 other large dogs. (A sweet dunderhead that will also have to be rehomed if you're interested in keeping them together.)
Because he spent so much time indoors and away from other people through the pandemic, he is considered a "covid pup". He is very nervous around new people. I do not know if this is a long, long-term character development or not where I do not ever have company nor visit people with him.
I have not found a place there that allows pets & me driving 2 hours for work well, he is getting so fat from no outside time
