Eve is a stunning cat looking for a foster or forever home. She is a 3 year old, female, Torbie mix. She has absolutely mesmerizing green eyes and a gorgeous personality to match. She’s quite the conversationalist and loves to “chat” with staff and volunteers, making her presence known with sweet commentary and expressive looks. She would adore a home where she can have a window to lay near or a cozy perch to stretch out and soak in the sun. Eve seems to tolerate some other cats, but she would likely be happiest as the queen of her castle, where she can enjoy all the attention and peace for herself. HOW TO GO ABOUT ADOPTING:
1. Come in during adoption hours to apply and fill out an application completely. We have applications on site. Open adoption hours take place at 44 Worthington Road in Cranston, RI. We are open every Wednesday 3-7pm and Saturday 10am-2pm.
2. We require proof of homeownership (tax form, deed, mortgage statement) or landlord approval (a copy of your lease that clearly states you are allowed to have a dog, puppy, cat, or kitten OR written and signed consent from your landlord.
3. We require copies of up to date vet records for any current pets.
Helpful reminders:
*We do not do same day adoptions.
*Please bring the entire family in to meet the animal you are interested in.
*We will setup a meet and greet with your dog at a later date. PLEASE do not bring your dog with you when you come in to apply.

Unfortunately, due to past issues with landlords/housing/insurance, a restricted breed policy is in place for Bully breed/Pit Bull type dogs. This means that you must own your home and provide proof of homeownership to adopt a Bully breed/Pit Bull dog or puppy. While we understand that this may be an inconvenience, it is necessary to help reduce the number of devastated dogs being returned. We apologize for the inconvenience.
