Casper is a very sweet loving dog. He is best friend with a papillon. He needs to be in a home with another dog. Likes to be accompanied and it is very playful. We adopted him when he was 1. Now he is 5 years old. Kids are grown and we don’t spend enough time with him. He will be best with a new owner that can spend more time with the him. He does not like car trips or going up the stairs. Groomers on wheels are the best option for him or home grooming. Not sure if he is safe around cats. He will be your best friend if you adopt him.
