Please meet the incredibly beautiful baby boy, Blueberry 🩵
Blueberry is about 5.5 months old and has been with us since he was just 7 weeks old. Back then he was a feisty little guy who enjoyed lunging and spitting…he’s come a long way, but is still a work in progress 😅
Blueberry LOVES other cats and kittens and purrs so loudly when they are close. When he’s with people he knows he will eventually relax and purr (although quietly!) and he tolerates being held and snuggled and kissed on the face 😘
He has rolled over for belly rubs and gently hugged my hands 🥹
Blueberry would do best in a home with other cats who are friendly for him to learn from. He will occasionally follow a cat up to us and let us pet him and having a good example for him to follow is crucial!
He also needs a cat savvy adopter who won’t be scared of him if he hisses - he needs continued forced love and confidence in him 🩵

Five Friends Animal Rescue, Inc. is a foster-based animal welfare organization of volunteers dedicated to rescuing homeless dogs and cats from overcrowded shelters, strays, and owner surrenders. We provide these animals with care and temporary homes until we can place them into their permanent homes. We also serve as a resource to our community by providing information on pet ownership, including resources for spay/neuter and positive behavior training. We believe that no animal should be mistreated and are working towards the day when no companion animal is euthanized for lack of a home.
