Meet Bella – A Loyal, Intelligent Girl Looking for Her Perfect Match. Hi! My name is Bella, and I'm a 1-year-old female Cattle Dog mix weighing about 31 lbs. I came to the shelter when my owner could no longer care for me, and now I'm ready to find a forever home where I can truly thrive. I'm a devoted, people-focused girl who forms strong bonds with my humans and would love to be the center of someone's world. As a typical Cattle Dog, I'm smart, alert, and sensitive, and I do best in a calm, structured home where I can feel secure and understood. Because I can be a little anxious and easily overstimulated, I would be happiest as the only pet and in a home with teens 13 years and older who can respect my space and energy. With the right person or family—someone patient, consistent, and experienced with herding breeds—I will be a deeply loyal companion and a wonderful partner for daily walks, training, and quality time together. I do prefer to be the only pet in the home. My adoption fee is $125. I am spayed, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination, boosters to date, and I am heartworm negative. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
