This black-and-white beauty is a tiny queen in a tuxedo with big opinions and even bigger charm. She loves sunny windows, playful chase games, and dramatic floor flops. Affection is on her terms, but when she chooses you, expect head bumps and surprise purrs.
She dislikes closed doors, empty bowls, and being ignored when she’s clearly the star of the room. Special talents include zoomies, biscuit-making, and expert-level judging from afar. 🐾
April loves dogs and other cats but as the star, would also be fine as a solo kitty.
Currently in foster care in Miracle Mile. Meet & greets / pickup will be coordinated upon approved application & homecheck video. Foster-to-adopt is always an available option and recommendation.
All Del Gato kitties are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, tested for FIV/FeLv, dewormed, and flea treated prior to adoption.

Del Gato Rescue is a small 501(c)(3) nonprofit cat rescue based in Los Angeles, CA. We are a handful of volunteers who work normal jobs by day and rescue cats on nights & weekends. We receive countless daily requests from the community for assistance with cats and kittens found outside in need of rescue.
We focus on rescuing friendly cats from the streets, getting them healthy and vetted in foster care, and finding their purrrfect forever home! We prevent hundreds of cats per year from entering our city shelters and being euthanized.
We also TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) and vaccinate unadoptable/feral street cats, which we believe is the only solution to the root cause of the feline population crisis.
If you'd like to volunteer with us, fostering is a great way to help our cause, and it allows us space to save more kitties off the streets.
If you are unable to foster, we are also always looking for help with transportation to and from vet appointments.
