Jack is a sweet and gentle older boy. He came to us on January 17th after his human passed away.
He has done well in our home with 3 other dogs and a chicken, however, with all these prior commitments, we're unable to keep Jack long term. He knows basic commands and walks well on a leash. We've seen him interact with children on a limited basis and he has done well. He would do great as a companion for an elderly person or in a family setting.
Jack does have allergies that were neglected for quite some time prior to coming to our home. This has caused him to have a skin condition. The good news is that it is treatable and he's already well on his way to feeling and looking better. His future home will need to be diligent about making sure his allergies stay under control.
