My name is Maximillian!

Max was abandoned by his original family as a kitten. He spent some time on the streets until he wandered into my garage one day and found his new home.

He enjoys laying on your lap or chest once he’s warmed up to you. He loves to be pet, and he loves to play. He often headbutts my face when I put him on me. He is vocal when overstimulated and will let you know if he doesn’t like something. He is very food motivated, and has learned how to shake hands in exchange for treats. He can be a little rough when accepting treats and I don’t recommend feeding him by hand unless you do it in a specific way that I did when training him. He thinks rubber is edible so keeping the house clear of things he might try to eat is important. Keeping the trash cans inaccessible is also recommended. He lived with a dog for years but keeps his distance. He plays with other cats but can be rough.
He is a sweet boy and will be a wonderful companion for any home.
