Ezra is a 10-year-old domestic longhair with a soft, striped coat and a quietly charming
personality. He greets the world with a wagging tail more like a dog than a cat, but he is
cautious with new people and not immediately open to visitors. It’s only been a week
since Ezra and his sister arrived after their owner passed away, and they are currently
settling into our home where they can stretch, explore, and decompress.
Ezra is highly curious about his surroundings and watches everything with interest; with
calm, patient introductions he begins to warm up, showing slow blinks, soft purrs, and
brief moments of exploration. He responds best to predictable routines, gentle attention,
window perches, and puzzle feeders that engage his inquisitive mind. Ezra is neutered,
microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and litterbox trained.
He would do well living with his bonded sister Penelope or as the only pet in a quieter
household; children are acceptable, but he likes to choose when he is willing to be pet.
A patient adopter who gives him time and steady reassurance will be rewarded with
Ezra’s subtle humor and loyal companionship as he continues to settle in.
Adoption fee: $100, includes all shots, sterilized, dewormed, deflea, microchip

You can save animals like this one by becoming a foster! Fosters are like bridges between high kill shelters and forever homes. We need fosters so that we can save cats and dogs before they are euthanized at the shelters. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please visit: https://fancycats.org/volunteer
