My name is Tipper, and my story started with a bit of heartbreak. My siblings and I were left behind in an empty apartment when our owner moved away. We didn’t understand what was happening — only that the world suddenly felt too big and too quiet. Thankfully, the building manager found us and reached out to Animal Ark, and that’s how we ended up here: safe, warm, and finally able to breathe again. I’m still very much a kitten, which means I’m learning how to trust the world one gentle moment at a time. I can be shy at first, but once I feel secure, my curiosity and sweetness start to peek through. I’m a male brown tabby kitten. Because I’m still building my confidence, I need a home without children under five. And like all kittens adopted from Animal Ark, I’ll need a feline friend — either one of my own siblings or a playful resident cat who can help me feel brave. I currently share my space with Schroeder, who might be my brother, and we comfort each other in ways only kittens who’ve been through the same thing can. We don’t know much about our past with dogs or children, but slow, thoughtful introductions can work wonders.
