My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Callie is a sweet cat with an adventurous spirit. We’ve had her since she was a kitten and estimate she is about 6 years old. Her breed is unknown.
She is litter box trained and loves cuddles and attention. She has a strong desire to be outdoors. In our previous home, she was able to sneak outside but always returned. Since moving to a second-story apartment where she can no longer get out, she appears unhappy and often sits by windows or the front door wanting to go outside.
Since this change, she has started having litter box issues, going just outside the box or on puppy pads, which we believe is related to her unhappiness being indoors only. Callie gets along very well with our other cat. She tolerates baths if needed.
With a baby arriving, allergies and her litter box issues, we have made the very difficult decision to rehome her in her in her best interest. We are hoping to find Callie a loving home that can provide safe indoor/outdoor access, patience, and lots of love.
