Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My girlfriend and I adopted Hermes from a shelter a couple months ago. He is three years old, smart, and very playful! The shelter said he was a stray before he was taken in, so his interactions with people are awkward but sweet!
He wants nothing but to play with and love on everyone. It gets a little stressful for us when he gets excited to play after seeing our cat. The two haven't interacted without a door or gate between them, but he stomps and paces in excitement and we're upstairs neighbors, which isn't a good combo.
Hermes knows basic commands: sit, lay down, wait, come here, etc. He loves to fetch anything you can throw and, though we haven't done it often, will also tug-of-war and run. He's good on walks but he pulls when he's excited; he will put slack into the leash if you wait for him to stop pulling.
He really is a good dog and we're sad that we have to find him a new home but it's for the best. Any of the caretaking supplies he has will be donated to his new family!
