Hi, I adopted Aurora in Austin with my wife at the time. She is very sweet, but to be honest, after we had a divorce and I became the only one able to provide a roof for her with my crazy schedule, she has basically lost all house training. I am unable to give her a fraction of the time she deserves.
She hasn’t been able to really socialize with dogs. The few times she has had a chance, she seemed alright, but it was short, so I don’t know past that. As for cats, I put yes, but she can be rough with the two cats I have now. Any time she does, the cats have always been able to stop it and she backs off.
She will need lots of attention and someone who is ready for a dog that needs to be retrained. She does have slight possessive tendencies with food and toys. It’s normally only seen when she gets under a bed and rarely with food, but she has growled. Outside of that, she is incredibly sweet and loving. She can lay around and cuddle with you all day or go hiking all day.
