My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Annie is and has always been the dream dog. We have had her since she was 6 weeks old. Our 2 year old lays on her every morning.. they are obsessed with eachother. It is absolutely heartbreaking to report that we can no longer take care of her ourselves. She had a spinal FCE injury last fall, and due to that temporary ailment, it has taken a long time to regain full coordination. She has completely regained the ability to walk but is still incontinent and with two young babies, it has become untenable after 5 months of trying to right the ship in a very small space. The specialists all say she will recover completely, but our second daughter is due March 16th and we are looking for a very sad, forced medical rehome or foster. We would even take her back after her recovery is complete if that is what the party wants, we just feel so conflicted about losing such a special part of our family and want to protect her while she finishes recovery.
