My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A boy who totally lives up to his name, Goofy is the happiest, sassiest little bundle of fun!

Goofy and his friend, Goober, were recently rescued from a partner shelter in Karnes. And, despite their rough start, we know it won’t be long before they reach maximum silliness in new homes! Fostered together, these two have been well-behaved, entertaining citizens of their temporary household. They have been great at using their pee pads, they sleep through the night, and they stay busy with each other. Goofy is quite the spaz according to his foster mom, so he would definitely thrive in an environment with other dogs (or kids!) to play with. As a Terrier mix, he will likely stay small, too. He will make the perfect companion for a bustling family or an owner on the go.

Adopt Goofy, and you’ll never be bored again! Apply to meet him today!

More about this rescue

SNIPSA is an organization formed by a group of veterinarians and caring individuals dedicated to helping homeless and unwanted animals in San Antonio and the surrounding area. SNIPSA does not have a standing shelter and depends on a core of volunteers to foster and rehabilitate animals in their homes. This provides us with the opportunity to learn first hand about the animal’s needs and behavior in order to facilitate an appropriate adoption. SNIPSA was incorporated in 2005 and has re-homed more than 3000 animals.
