I’m desperately trying to find a home or foster for a dog whose owner can no longer care for her due to health issues. Through no fault of her own, Heartly has been left without her person and is now stuck in a situation that can’t continue much longer.
She’s about 3–5 years old (guessing) a medium/large mixed breed (possibly rottie/pit mix). She’s very shy and scared right now, but when her owner was present she was described as loving, gentle, and affectionate. With patience and a calm home, she has so much potential to blossom.
She has lived as the only pet, so we’re unsure how she does with other animals. Her vet history is unknown, but we are 100% willing to cover spay and vaccinations if someone is able to help her. She may need support with house training and would do best with someone kind, patient, and understanding. She knows some basic commands (like “sit”, “stay”) With patience, consistency, and a calm environment, she has so much potential to continue learning.
