Squirtle is one of the sweetest cats I've ever met. I started feeding some of the strays on my street, and she was the first one to come up to me voluntarily and not just accept, but DEMAND pets. She is extremely vocal, and meows like she's been chainsmoking for decades.
I have just recently had her spayed and had all of her shots brought up to date, but I'm not able to bring her inside due to my own cats and landlord rules. She's currently sleeping in my garage (fully cat equipped) while she recovers from surgery. She desperately wants to be an indoor cat and to have all the love her heart desires. I think she would be best in a home without other cats, as she tends to be a bit of a forceful personality, but it would depend on the personality she's paired with.
