Fealine is a street hound.
She is apx 1-1.5 year old and 14 pounds.
She is short, with fun ears, and a unique look about her. She also has a quirky personality.
Fealine loves other animals . She is a bit submissive and timid with humans meeting them for the first time.
She is not feral, and she is never aggressive, but she will run away from strangers and do a little cry or wine when somebody she does not know picks her up or goes to grab her.
She lived on the streets, most likely most of her life, and then went to a high kill shelter where she was rescued.
Fealine is still learning how to be a dog. However, she has come around very quickly and now she puts her paws on her leg for attention and likes to be held, picked up and pet by people she knows. This took a couple days so we know that when she goes to her foster or forever home that she may digress a bit and need a day or two to acclimate to her new surroundings.
A fense yard would be ideal, but if that is not a possibility, she does need someone who is dog savvy enough to put her on a good fitting leash and harness and be very cautious while trying to take her out for a potty breaks until she gets used to you. When she’s used to you, she will walk with you on a leash and harness.
She is a very funny girl. She wears all her expressions on her face and you can’t help but get a good laugh out of her.
We all really like Fealine. She is a little weirdo and a little weird makes the world go round. Give her a chance . She will give you a lot of joy, laughter and love.
