My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Momma Lilac is a gorgeous and very sweet, one-ish year-old, golden-eyed black cat looking for a loving guardian along with her 14-week-old, fluffy female kitten Flint. Born around October 20, 2025.

This young mom and female kitten are both very healthy and incredibly playful, and not afraid of cat-friendly dogs who ignore them, or cats who are gentle and accustomed to interacting with other felines. They are just the most lovely of companions that I’d love to keep them together.

They use their litter box perfectly. They are both so lovable and snuggly and thrilled by scratching posts to climb and every toy and tunnel they see. They adore people of all ages.

They are extremely healthy and well – socialized; spayed, dewormed, up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped and virus-tested negative.

To meet and possibly adopt Momma Lilac and her fluffy kitten Flint, please fill out an adoption application https://friendsofpetraits.com/cat-adoption-application/

After the application is complete, please contact friendsofpetraits@gmail.com to schedule an appointment to meet the gorgeous duo.

Their adoption fee of $300 as a pair benefits the Friends of Petraits Rescue. They are being fostered in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood.
