Scarlett is a beautiful, gentle girl who can be a little timid at first. She likes to take her time and have her own space until she feels safe and comfortable. Once she’s settled in, she’ll start following you around the house, checking in with soft purrs and quiet hellos. She’ll come to you for head scratches and rubs behind the ears - and may even give you a little lick in return! When you call her name, she’ll answer with a slow blink and a soft meow. Scarlett is a true comfort-seeker and enjoys sharing the sofa, your office chair, or hanging out nearby while you work. She loves playing with Da Bird and never says no to a Churu treat. Scarlett has the potential to open up even more once she’s fully adjusted to her new home. Scarlett is good with kids and MUST be adopted with her brother, Rhett.
Kittens under the age of nine months MUST have another age-appropriate cat or dog in their home, or as otherwise noted. PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO SUITABLE APPLICATIONS FOR SIBLINGS. *If certain kitten names are not listed, it is because they have been adopted.
As we often receive numerous applications for each cat or kitten, we will only contact applicants who best suit the needs of the cat or kitten. Finding the best home for our cat or kitten is our top priority. Applications are not first come, first served.

More about this rescue
Home at Last Rescue (HALR) is a Registered Canadian Charity, that is 100% volunteer driven. Our goal is to rescue cats from substandard living conditions and give them the loving homes they deserve.
We provide medical care, emotional support and a loving environment while preparing them to find their forever homes. With no physical location, all of our cats and kittens reside in loving foster homes across the Greater Toronto Area until they are ready for adoption.
We receive no government funding and rely solely on adoption fees, donations and our fundraising efforts to support our initiatives. We believe there is a home for every cat and a cat for every home.
