My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sadie
4 years old | Boxer/Pit Mix | 47 lbs

Beautiful Sadie is the total package — smart, loyal, and full of love for her people (and her food puzzles ). She’s been rocking her training and would shine brightest in a pet-free home with experienced adopters who can keep up her structure, enrichment, and daily exercise. This girl is strong, high-energy, and ready for adventure!

Her foster family is happy to share all about her journey, daily routine, personality, and ongoing training — she’s come such a long way and we’re so proud of her.

Home Alone Queen
Sadie is an absolute ANGEL when left home alone:
No separation anxiety
No accidents
No getting into trouble
Doesn’t even need a crate (unless you want!)

She’s affectionate, devoted, and 100% convinced she’s a lap dog
Sadie has been patiently waiting for her forever family… could that be you?

Apply to meet Sadie and let her steal your heart (140)

More about this rescue

Buddy’s Second Chance Rescue, Inc. is a 501c3 dog rescue organization and completely foster-based in the Western New York area. We pull dogs and puppies from high-kill rescues all over the country that are on lists to be euthanized. We place them in foster homes until they find their furever homes here in WNY. Every dog that is saved opens up room for another. So in essence two dogs lives are being saved!!
