Introducing Marvin, the curious and playful pup who is in search of his forever family! Marvin and his sister Martha were found running in the middle of the road in Flint and were brought to safety to Genesee County Animal Control. They are now enjoying life with our amazing volunteers at PAR but we don't want them to stay that long to miss out on the important socialization time at this young age!
This little boy is an absolute bundle of joy, always up for a good time and ready to bring a smile to your face. Marvin is affectionate and loving, with a funny side that will keep you entertained for hours. He is smart as a whip and always eager to learn, but don't be fooled – he is also a master at getting into mischief just like most puppies as they like to explore!

He is always eager to play and would make a wonderful companion for a family with children or other playful pets. Marvin is scheduled for his neuter surgery on February 12th. He is 5 months of age, mix breed, 27 lbs. currently, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, on monthly prevention, and his adoption includes free training classes located in Metamora.

Misson Statement
1. To assist in decreasing the overpopulation of cats and dogs in Lapeer County. (i.e. endorsing early-age spay/neuter, alteration prior to adoption and feral cat spay/neuter programs.)
2. To find permanent homes for spayed/neutered, fully tested and vaccinated homeless pets.
3. Humane Education -To support animal safety and the prevention of animal cruelty through the promotion of humane treatment of all animals and supporting a ban on cosmetic procedures in animals.
4. To give appropriate medical treatment to minimize the suffering of sick, injured or abused cats and dogs and to practice updated health care guidelines that aid in the prevention and control of infectious disease.
5. To assist in the safe return of lost pets to their rightful homes.
