Taz was a stray that was dumped in our neighborhood. He was seen and attempted to catch and care for by many but he did not let anyone get close to him for almost 3 month. He would go around and visit other dogs. We were able to lure him into our yard and catch him. He hated the leash but it didn't take long with love and kindness that his sweet spirit came through. Now just showing a leash he comes running to get it on. Not a mean bone in his body. Full of energy. He will vocally tell you when he needs to go out for potty break. I think he was a bait dog by some of his scars and reactions. Working on getting him neutered. The vet thinks he is around 3. His ribs were showing when we got him. He now looks great at 56 lbs. He is solid. He goes to crate no problem. He will sit.He will paw you when he wants to be rubbed. Being on his own for so long, he tends to gulp his food.he is also very trainable. We are older and not good at it. Hate to see him go.
