Prince was surrendered after a family member passed away. He's now safe in foster care waiting to be adopted. Prince doesn't shed but will need regular brushing and professional grooming to stay healthy and comfortable. Please consider this additional cost when applying to adopt.

He's great with kids and other dogs. His foster family says: " He’s such a great little guy. Super, super affectionate. Loves lap cuddles, belly rubs and treats!! He doesn’t like to be left alone. He is potty trained and absolutely adores kids. He's got the cutest little personality! "

We do not have a facility to house the dogs in our program. They are all kept in foster homes until they are adopted. Adopters will complete an adoption app. If he/she has a pet, we will check their vet reference and a home visit is not needed (as long as the vet reference is current). All pets must be up to date current on Heartworm prevention and S/N. If a home visit is needed, we will complete that ASAP--as we don't want any delays in the adoption process. The adoption fees are listed here: https://legacyhumanesociety.org/adoption-fees/. There is a 5-day grace period to make sure he/she is a good fit for your family. A full refund will be issued if the pet is returned within the 5-day trial period.
