My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Luna is an 8.5 year old cat, who was adopted from a shelter at 2 years old. She has grown with my 8 year old daughter most of their lives and welcomed my husband and 2.5 year old daughter into the family along with us. She loves to greet us at the door, cuddle on warm blankets and our laps, and nap the day away. She has always been very friendly and loves head and booty scratches. She’s always lived inside with us.

Two years ago, our veterinarian diagnosed her with Cystitis due to stress. When she is bothered, she begins to use other locations to potty (most often a sink). Due to this stress, we believe Luna should reside in a house with no young children and no other pets. She has never gotten along with any other cats or dogs.

We wish a calm, chill life for her where she does not have stressors. It breaks our heart to say goodbye, but we truly believe a calmer home is best for her long term care.
