If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Nora is an incredibly loving, affectionate, and people-oriented dog who forms deep bonds with her humans. She greets everyone with golden-retriever-level happiness the moment they walk into the room. She is a true companion who loves to cuddle and be close to her people.
Nora loves walks, is obsessed with playing fetch, and absolutely loves swimming. She loves “riding in the car” and is happiest when she’s included in everyday life with her people.
She can occasionally be selective with other dogs at first, but once she warms up, she can do well. She currently lives with another dog and they are great however her preference would be as an only dog! Nora is very food-motivated. She has completed 2 training programs and knows commands well. She has no health issues.
The only challenge she has ever shown with a person is with infants. She has done well around toddlers, but out of an abundance of caution, we believe she would thrive best in a home without babies or very young children.
