My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Max is an 1-year-old male Great Pyrenees who must be neutered before adoption.  He was found as a stray, out in the county, and his owner was never located.  Max is solid white; and has a gorgeous, soft coat.  He weighs 79 pounds so he is a very big guy!  Max is painfully shy and timid.  If you spend time with him he will warm up to you; and eventually, if you are lucky, you will get a tail wag.  Max is a very sweet fellow who just doesn't have a lot of confidence in mankind right now.  He would be fine with children.  If you have another dog, we would required a meet & greet with your dog--to make sure they will get along well with each other.  Max's dream home would have lots of land where he could play.

Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120.  Cat/kitten adoption fees are $75.  All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a discount spay/neuter certificate to be used at participating vet clinics to help with the cost of spay/neuter.  Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
