My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say hello to Sophia!

This sweet, Senior Papillon dog came into our rescue when her owner sadly passed away. We promised Sophia`s family, who couldn`t keep her due to having animals of their own, that we would help Sophia find the best family to take care of her. Sophia is 10 years old, fixed, and has all her shots up to date. She loves people and does well with other dogs. If you are interested in making Sophia a member of your family, please send in an inquiry or reach out to us at adoptions@pawprojectofgeorgia.org. We look forward to hearing from you!

More about this rescue

We are a nonprofit organization in Gwinnett County, Georgia. We have a low-cost vet clinic (not full service), spay/neuter ,a TNR Program, and a Rescue/Adopt Program.

We started this organization because we love animals and want to be the voice for those who have no voice, and also help pet retention in homes by offering affordable veterinary care.

We would love to have volunteers to help with in-home fostering (some for two week quarantines, others to keep cats/dogs until they are adopted), cleaning, adoption events, Trapping cats for TNR, recovering female feral cats after surgery, and many other things.
