Sometimes, even when love is there, life changes — and that’s where we are now.
Oso’s adopter is a single mom with a toddler, and she has reached out overwhelmed and heartbroken. This was not an easy decision. She loves him deeply, but right now she knows she cannot give him what he deserves — and doing right by him matters more than anything.
Oso has done absolutely nothing wrong.
This is not a behavior issue. This is not a “problem dog.”
This is simply a family asking for help.

Oso is a sweet, soulful boy with a gentle heart and a calm presence.
He has a medium-to-low energy level and is happiest lounging nearby as a true couch potato, soaking up the comfort of being close to his people. He bonds deeply with those he trusts and enjoys a relaxed routine.
He is dog friendly and does well around children, showing a patient and easygoing nature. Oso also rides great in the car, making him an easy companion for errands or short trips.
He thrives with structure, consistency, and positive reinforcement, and would do best in a calm, supportive home where he can continue to build confidence.
Oso would be a wonderful match for someone looking for a loyal, affectionate companion who enjoys both quiet time and companionship. With the right home and support, he has so much love to give.

We are foster based so once you find a pet either online or at one of our adoption events please submit an application bit.ly/BellesBudsApp
Interview
Once the application is processed we will set up a phone interview and meet and greet (depending on your location).
Meet the Pet
Once the application is approved, we will set up a meet and greet. This varies either at your house, with your pet, or at fosters house.
Home Check
We require either a home video/pictures or a home visit.
Sign Adoption Contract
If all goes well with application and meet and greet and we determine your home is the right fit for the dog, we have a contract to sign.
Pay Fee
Our adoption fee goes towards the dogs vetting. All dogs leave fully vaccinated, microchipped and spayed/neutered (if old enough)
