Meet Rodney – Your New Best Friend in the Making!
Rodney is a 4.5-year-old terrier mix with the cutest face and the sweetest soul. He originally went to the shelter back in May of 2024 with two other dogs. They’ve both found loving homes, and now Rodney is still waiting… wondering when it will finally be his turn.
When Rodney first arrived, he was unsure of new people and sensitive to handling, but with time, patience, and kindness, he has truly blossomed. He has made so much progress and continues to gain confidence every day. Once he feels comfortable, his gentle, affectionate personality shines through. He is a truly special boy who just needs someone willing to give him the chance he deserves.
As Sweet as a Peach Animal Rescue is pulling Rodney from the shelter, but we urgently need a foster or an adopter to make that possible. A foster home would give Rodney the safe, loving environment he needs to keep building confidence, and an adopter would change his life forever.
Rodney would do best in a calm, patient home where he can continue to learn that people are kind and love is permanent. In return, he’ll reward you with loyalty, companionship, and a heart full of love.
